The ultimate ice & water solution

Making water and ice great The WL900 combines design with the latest technology. With a separate water delivery and a daily ice production of 44lbs, plus additional storage of 8lbs, this machine is perfect to cater for a high number of users. It’s the ideal choice for busy workplaces and environments

Advanced technology This dispenser utilizes reverse osmosis to give you fresh water and ice.

Ultimate filtration Reverse osmosis is the ideal filtration to use when the water quality is unknown or is known to carry contaminants in the water. Providing an even higher level of filtration over carbon, RO effectively removes dissolved particles (like acid, salts, nitrates, pesticides, arsenic). *Where applicable

Expert ice-making technology The WL Ice 900 is the worlds first ice-making technology within a water purification system. It provides crystal clear gourmet ice, produced with the freezing point method, and clean fresh tasting water.

Prime Pure Water Systems Boilers and chillers water softener systems

A boilers water softener is a device used to remove hardness-causing minerals like calcium and magnesium from the water supplied to boilers. This prevents scale buildup, which can reduce efficiency, increase energy costs, and lead to equipment failure. Here's an overview: Why Use a Water Softener for Boilers?

1.Prevents Scaling: Hard water leads to scale deposits inside the boiler tubes, reducing heat transfer efficiency. Reduces corrosion and

2.Extends Boiler Life: wear caused by mineral deposits. Softened water improves

3.Improves Efficiency: heat exchange and reduces energy consumption. Limits the need

4.Reduces Maintenance Costs: for frequent descaling and repairs.

Prime Pure Water Systems Deionization process water

Deionization (DI) water filtration systems are specialized water treatment systems designed to remove dissolved ions (charged particles) from water, resulting in highly purified water. These systems are commonly used in industries where high-purity water is essential, such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, laboratories, and automotive applications.

Prime Pure Water Systems Reverse Osmosis Filtration Systems Commercial Grade

A reverse osmosis (RO) filtration system is a water purification method that removes contaminants by forcing water through a semipermeable membrane. Here’s how it works step-by-step:

  1. Pre-filtration Water first passes through pre-filters, such as a sediment • filter and a carbon filter. These: Remove larger particles like dirt, rust, and silt. • Reduce chlorine and other chemicals that could damage • the RO membrane.

  1. Reverse Osmosis Membrane The water is then forced through the semipermeable • membrane under pressure. The membrane has tiny pores (around 0.0001 microns) • that allow water molecules to pass through while blocking: Dissolved salts (ions) • Heavy metals • Microorganisms (bacteria, viruses) • Other contaminants (e.g., fluoride, arsenic, lead). •

  1. Storage Tank The purified water flows into a storage tank for later use. • This ensures you have filtered water on demand, as the RO process can be slow.

  2. Post-filtration Before the water is dispensed, it passes through a • post-filter (usually a carbon filter) to improve taste and remove any residual odors.

  3. Wastewater Disposal Contaminants and excess water that do not pass through • the membrane are flushed out as wastewater through a separate drain line. This can be 3–5 gallons of waste for every gallon of purified water (depending on the system).Key Features of RO Filtration: Removes up to 99% of contaminants like heavy metals, • salts, and chemicals. Produces clean, great-tasting water. • May include additional stages, like remineralization, to • add beneficial minerals (e.g., calcium, magnesium). RO systems are widely used in homes, industries, and desalination plants for producing clean drinking water.
